Property includes four kitchens, four dining areas, four living areas both flowing onto your private patios overlooking the ocean. Relax on the expansive top-floor private patios with a stunning ocean view and resort-style lounge area. Equipped with multiple BBQs, tables, chairs and umbrellas for incredible outdoor dining experiences.
Space provides four master suites and eight additional guest rooms for a total of 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms over three levels.

Please note we require a 4 night minimum for weekends unless there is a last minute vacancy. We have one week minimums, Saturday – Saturday, June 20 through August 15. Winter holidays are also one week minimums, Thanksgiving is a 5 night minimum.

Coronavirus has been a worldwide concern and has affected all business including short term rentals. We have implemented extra precautions to ensure a worry free stay. We bleach the floors, sheets, towels, railings, door handles, remote controls, light switch and switch plates. We also provide Lysol wipes to keep your stay as virus and bacteria free as possible.
Please note this is NOT a party house. No additional guests allowed in or near the property at any time. Please consider another listing if you want to entertain during your vacation. (Gatherings of all sizes currently mandated against. See below.)
Strictly enforced noise curfew from 10PM-9AM daily
No smoking in or around the property.
No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots or other business use.
NO PETS our cleaner is allergic to pets, please consider another listing if you have a service animal or comfort dog.
